    Job Description

    The Talent Acquisition Manager will deliver all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This includes employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the recruiting functions of the business
    • Monitor the day-to-day recruitment functions and duties
    • Develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization
    • Build quality relationships with internal customers/clients and external recruitment agencies
    • Manage and develop the team of Recruiters

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or College Degree in any field
    • At least 5 years of working experience in End-to-end Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Lead
    • Experience in recruitment software, Microsoft and Google applications, database management, and record keeping
