- Provides medical services for the company, and coordinates with Hospitals and outside clinics
- Administers first aid measures and gives immediate medical attention to sick and injured employees
- Arranging Rapid Test and Swab Test for employees when necessary
- Establish health and safety programs
- Responsible in dispensing medicine, Monitoring and inventory all medical supplies
- With knowledge in processing and filling of SSS sick leave and other related mandated benefits
- Responsible in receiving all HR Admin documents
- Accommodating employee's concern
- Assist applicant's medical examination/ results for deployment
- Responsible for the Annual Physical Examination Report/S
- Assist in organizing company events, occasions, HR projects, and the like
- Performs other HR functions as required by the department head and/or superior only after the appropriate training has been provided
- Monitor annual physical examinations and create a program based on the result
- Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing must be a licensed Nurse
- Preferably with 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training, First Aid, ACLS/BLS, and other OHS-related training
- Proficient in MS Office Application, Project Management, Database Administration, and People Handling
- Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Occupational Health and Safety
- With basic knowledge in Admin/Human Resource Management
- Can work on-site
