URGENTLY HIRING OVER THE PHONE PROCESS - via online/phonecall/virtual - FOR DAVAO RESIDENCE ONLY

o We're looking to hire for a total of 200 new hires for our Davao expansion this February-April
o All new hire classes will be for Full-Time/Permanent Customer Service Associate role

• 100% Remote/WFH
• Equipment will be provided
• Open only to candidates who are residing within Davao City
• Must have an internet connection with a minimum of 50Mbps download speed and 50Mbps upload speed from a reliable internet provider (Fiber and DSL connection types only). Internet connection must be a dedicated line. Wireless Prepaid/Postpaid, Broadband stick, Satellite and LTE type of internet connections CANNOT be used.
• Internet service provider must be either PLDT, Sky, Globe or Converge.
• Internet device (Modem/Router) must be LAN capable.
• Should have a dedicated workspace or an officelike room at home.

o All assessment passers will be invited to a physical hiring event this February 28 at Dusit D2 Hotel, Davao
Amazon Recruitment team will be the one to reach out to passers

• Qualifications

o For this hiring, we will require all candidates to have at least one year BPO experience

Highschool / SHS / College Graduate
Good to Excellent Communication skills
With 1year BPO/Call Center experience
Willing to Work From Home Set-Up with WIFI (50Mbps upload speed)
Can start ASAP

Rate:
(Base Pay) + (Rice Allowance) + (Internet Allowance) – hires with at least a year of BPO experience
