- Performs professional field and office engineering work related to the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and facilities
- Perform and support all maintenance activities in the building and facility area, including maintenance program improvement
- Managing plant utilities and building & facilities to ensure their optimum functioning and performance
- Provide needed technical support for other department
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance of the following plan and delivering planned cash flow
- Support activities in the area of compliance and licenses/permits related to buildings and facilities
- Bachelor of Science inCivilEngineering or any relevant course
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position or related field
- Good command of speaking and writing the English language
- Strong background in project management, contractor management, and building maintenance and repair
- Good problem-solving skills for technical problems
- Knowledge of local and global standards
- Plan and execute electrical preventive maintenance on equipment. Perform conditional monitoring of equipment
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify areas of improvement
- Supervise contractors and ensure work according to company procedures. Ensure all installations are neat and comply with installation standards.
- Responsible for supporting the execution of plant-wide energy savings programs and minimizing environmental impacts on land, air, and water
- Monitor all KPIs associated with building and utilities and produce monthly reports including EHS reports. Ensure energy data collection, and analysis, and advise improvement to optimize energy usage.
- Supervise the 3rd party manpower, plan related duties, and propose training /skills requirements to improve performance.
