    Monroe Consulting Group, an executive search firm, is recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the construction industry.

    Our esteemed client is currently seeking a Pricing and Inventory Analyst open to a day shift, on-site work arrangement.

    The office is situated in Makati City.

    Key Responsibilities include:
    • Assisting in the organization's inventory management, resource allocation, sales forecasting, and production optimization.
    • Managing inventory items, overseeing day-to-day inventory operations, and implementing inventory control protocols.
    • Consolidating non-moving and excess inventory by project and proposing possible negotiable terms.
    • Developing, creating, and maintaining competitive pricing data based on various factors, managing pricing updates, and continually monitoring current trends.
    • Handling all pricing-related matters, such as identifying selling prices, escalation, analysis, and recommendations.
    • Collaborating closely with Sales and Product Groups to refine, enhance, and maximize pricing strategies.
    • Preparing pricing quotes and internal proposals related to pricing strategies for future campaigns, seasons, or segments.
    • Facilitating pricing proposals and approvals across all project areas.
    • Ensuring that approved pricing is accurately entered into the company systems for quick data retrieval and extraction.
    • Serving as a subject matter expert on inventory, pricing, analysis, and other financing scheme-related matters.

    Key Requirements include:
    • A Bachelor's or college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • A solid understanding of inventory and pricing management principles.
    • At least 3 years of experience in Inventory, Pricing, Terms of Payment, Computation, and P&L preparation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and emerging data analysis tools.
    • Experience with SAP.
    • Strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexibility, excellent attention to detail, math skills, and multitasking abilities.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
    • Quick learner capable of working with minimal supervision.
    • Confidence in presentation skills.
    • Ability to communicate information effectively to salespeople, middle management, and senior management.
    • Customer-oriented with a sense of urgency and professionalism when dealing with customers.
    • Previous experience within similar industries.
    • Experience in the Real Estate Industry is a plus.

    Salary range: PHP 28, PHP 35,000.00 per month
