    Senior Finance Role

    We are seeking a Senior Finance professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring GOEdens financial health, compliance, and sustainability as we scale our impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory compliance with SEC and BIR.
    • Financial Planning & Reporting: Develop budgets, forecasts, and reports for management and investors.
    • Risk Management: Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections. Explore bank products to optimize cash flow and generate savings.

    In this role you will be responsible for leading junior finance staff, conducting evaluations, recommending systems that enhance efficiency. You should have knowledge of internal audits,reconciliation,cash flow management accounting assessing current business health.Outstanding communication skills,a proactive problem-solver with attention details.

    This position requires Bachelor Degree in Accountancy with at least 8+ years finance/accounting experience or knowledgeable on Accounting VAT transactions Certification Public Accountant (CPA).
