    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled Content Management System Administrator with a strong understanding of Workday Learning and similar Content Management Systems (CMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining CMS tools to enhance the learner experience. This role involves user administration, data analysis, and reporting to measure learning effectiveness and improve content.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and configure CMS platforms such as Workday Learning, Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, and others to optimize user experience.
    • Oversee user administration, including permissions and access settings.
    • Analyze learning data, generate reports, and present findings to improve content effectiveness.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMS platforms.
    • Customize user interfaces and workflows to meet organizational needs.
    • Integrate additional software tools with CMS systems, ensuring best practices in data security and privacy.
    • Utilize e-learning tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia for content creation and management.
    • Collaborate with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, and Jira for efficient workflow management.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in CMS platform administration and technical proficiency.
    • Strong knowledge of data security and privacy best practices.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings effectively.
