Job summary
This role involves IT assets and peripherals management technical support to end-user installing testing and/or upgrade operating systems and/or applications facilitating restoration of service within the prescribed Service Level Agreement SLA escalating incident tickets that cannot be resolved to upper- level support performing routine AV equipment checks on conference rooms to ensure usability and readiness participating in system upgrade activities submitting status reports to Team Leads and/or Delivery Manager.
