- FIELD ACCOUNT OFFICER
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Promote, offer and secure loans via door-to-door marketing;
- Verify and confirm authenticity of the borrower's information and requirements in accordance to company policies & procedures;
- Release loan proceeds to borrowers;
- Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns and complaints in accordance with the company policies and procedures and in coordination with his immediate supervisor and/or concerned departments;
- Evaluate, qualify and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts;
- Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies;
- Analyses the market's potential
- Provide market and competitor's analysis as needed
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies as needed
- TARGET CLIENTS: small and medium-sized enterprises
