The Role
The Human Resources Lead (Employee Experience) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing and strengthening the full employee journey—from onboarding to engagement to retention.
You will work closely with HR, Leadership, and Business Units to ensure that our culture remains values-driven, performance-oriented, and people-centered.

What You'll Be Accountable For
1. End-to-End Employee Experience Strategy
• Design and lead initiatives that enhance the full employee lifecycle
• Ensure alignment between company values and daily employee experiences
• Develop engagement strategies that strengthen belonging and accountability
2. Culture & Engagement Programs
• Lead company-wide engagement surveys and action planning
• Develop recognition, well-being, and culture-building programs
• Partner with leaders to strengthen team health and communication
• Ensure our internal initiatives reflect integrity, humility, and service
3. Organizational Listening & Insights
• Build feedback channels to understand employee sentiment
• Translate insights into actionable programs and leadership interventions
• Track engagement metrics, retention trends, and culture health indicators
4. Leadership & Culture Enablement
• Partner with leaders to role-model desired behaviors
• Support leadership development initiatives aligned with company values
• Strengthen onboarding experience to ensure cultural integration
5. Process & Governance
• Establish structured employee experience frameworks
• Ensure consistency across corporate, commercial, and operations teams
• Manage budgets and program ROI with discipline

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
• Strong experience in Employee Engagement, Culture, or HR Business Partnership
• Proven track record of designing and implementing engagement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in FMCG or large, multi-site organizations is a plus
