Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Reservations Assistant to support our marketing efforts and manage guest reservations efficiently.This role requires a combination of customer service, sales, and marketing skills (both digital and traditional) to ensure smooth booking processes and drive occupancy rates.
- Reservations & Customer Service:
- Handle inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate information about property availability, rates, and promotions.
