Role Description

This is a contract role for a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for management of and coordination with vendors and third party providers, support production manager via project-related ad hoc tasks, and closely coordinates with project team to facilitate smooth conduct of project. This is a project-based on-site role from May 31-June 2 located in Megamall Megatrade Hall in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in event management, agency productions, and other relevant programs
• Excellent project management skills from planning to execution
• Ability to multitask and initiate concepts
• Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
