Vendor Management Specialist JOB DESCRIPTION Supplier Accreditation and on boarding manage the end to end supplier accreditation and on boarding process ensure suppliers meet the company compliance quality and operational standards before engagement deliver timely onboarding of compliant supplier Vendor Audit Scheduling and execution plan schedule and execute supplier audits inspections ensure supplier compliance minimize operational legal quality risks complete all audits on schedule maintain comprehensive documentation of findings Documentation Record Management Maintain complete accurate audit ready vendor documentation ensure traceability compliance readiness for internal external audits Internal Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with QA compliance sourcing operations teams for vendor assessment accreditation approvals Ensure alignment of vendor audits accreditation performance monitoring with internal requirement Facilitate smooth coordination timely approval minimal delays in vendor management processes Vendor Compliance risk monitoring Monitor suppliers compliance contractual regulatory quality requirements Reduce supplier related risk by early identification of noncompliance Escalate issues support mitigation measures to ensure adherence to standards
