We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our growing team and help oversee daily accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in encoding and processing product returns accurately and timely.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of disputed orders to ensure proper resolution.
- Check and monitor updated costs in the inventory file (Google Docs/Sheets) to maintain data accuracy.
- Encode and record daily retail account orders in the system.
- Maintain organized records of operational data and reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding discrepancies and updates.
- Perform other related administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Accounting, or any related field.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets and Google Docs) and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- With good communication skills (written and verbal).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php4,000.00 per month
