    Job Summary:

    The Sr. Procurement Services & Vendor Management Manager will lead the procurement function and oversee vendor management to ensure cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and compliance with organizational policies. This role requires a strategic mindset to optimize procurement operations, strengthen supplier relationships, and support business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Procurement Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Identify sourcing opportunities, cost-saving initiatives, and process improvements.
    • Prepare procurement plans, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with relevant departments.

    Vendor Management

    • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and vendors based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service-level agreements.
    • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships, monitoring performance and compliance.
    • Implement vendor scorecards and regular performance reviews.

    Operational Procurement

    • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to payment.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and procurement standards.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve procurement-related issues.

    Risk & Compliance Management

    • Identify procurement and vendor-related risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to corporate governance.
