Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Human Resources Supervisor at San Miguel Global Power. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and implementation of HR policies. This is an on-site role located in Mariveles and Limay, Bataan, Central Luzon

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, and other related 4-year courses
• Minimum of eight (8) years of supervisory experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role
• Has been assigned to handle Benefits, Compensation, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement works
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferably worked for a conglomerate or big company like SMC
• Lives within Bataan, Central Luzon
