Officer/ Engr." to be assigned at XentroMalls Roxas, Isabela which is responsible for periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair and renovation needs.JOB SUMMARY: The "Building Admin Officer/ Engr." is responsible for maintenance services to ensure the proper upkeep of the building including but not limited to amenities, utilities and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness and orderliness.QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be graduate of Bachelor in Electrical Engineering* or Mechanical Engineering.*
Must be PRC license Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
At least 6 months and up working experience in the related field; preferably 6 months to 1 year specializing in building/facility management.
Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall/retail industry is a plus.
