Job summary
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies.This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines,
leveraging multiple channels such as referrals,
job boards, social media,
and targeted campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing,
- preferably within BPO/Outsourcing/Offshoring/Staffing organization.
