Job summary
Perform end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations including billing invoicing cash application and collections Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate invoicing payment posting resolution of discrepancies Follow up on outstanding receivables coordinate with customers to ensure on-time collections Investigate resolve billing issues short payments deductions unapplied cash Support adhere Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes internal controls accounting policies Collaborate internal teams global stakeholders to ensure accurate efficient AR operations Contribute continuous improvement initiatives within the AR function.
