- Accountable for the successful delivery of HR operational activities within the business, partnering with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across functions.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records (e.g., HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR operations projects and continuous process improvement initiatives, including documentation, testing, and implementation of updated workflows.
- Coordinate with government agencies such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and DOLE, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required reports and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process documentation.
- Stay current on HR best practices, industry trends, HR technologies, and labor law updates, applying insights to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Administer employee benefits and support end-to-end benefits processing, ensuring timely enrollment, updates, and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR operations or benefits administration.
- Experience coordinating with government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE), particularly in preparing and submitting required statutory reports.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential information.
- Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and MS Office tools (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance requirements is a plus.
