Outsource Room is a new Philippine-based outsourcing agency connecting talented Filipinos with clients worldwide, focusing on the US, NZ, and AU markets. We're looking for a motivated and highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our growing team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week). Compensation ranges from Php 20k - 25k.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of engaging content strategies across various platforms, fostering audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Craft compelling written content for websites, blog posts, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring impactful storytelling and clear communication.
Spearhead the growth and management of our social media presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, utilizing your expertise in community management and targeted advertising campaigns.
Drive qualified leads and optimize marketing efforts by designing and managing targeted advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and Youtube.
Leverage your analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing performance, providing insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in content marketing or a related field, ideally within an agency or startup environment.
Exceptional writing and communication skills, showcasing a talent for crafting engaging and concise copywriting that resonates with diverse audiences.
A firm grasp of content strategy principles, demonstrated by a history of developing and implementing effective content plans.
Proven proficiency in social media management platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) and targeted advertising campaigns.
Understanding of advertising platforms like Google Ads and Youtube Ads is a plus.
Experience with design tools like Canva, Figma or Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with SEO is a plus.
Strong analytical abilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
