Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and/or lead the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, ongoing management, and enhancement of SAP FICO-based solutions, in order to meet client requirements and objectives
• Demonstrate functional and technical proficiency, business acumen, and thought leadership backed by solid oral and written communications
• Identify and/or apply continuous improvement, innovation, and automation activities for operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and application modernization/transformation
• Balance working independently and working collaboratively with other consultants from the same or related modules, external integrated applications, clients, and/or other third-party vendors, with minimal supervision
• Leverage functional and technical expertise to meet engagement objectives and contribute to capability building activities
• Execute all deliverables in accordance to company leadership values and in alignment with overall company and organization strategy and direction
• Lead and/or contribute to team, organization, and/or account strategies, initiatives, and/or activities
• Comply with key project critical metrics, delivery, milestones and/or service level agreements
• Comply with all team, organization, and client deliverables, targets, policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
• Minimum of 3 years of SAP FICO experience
• Functional and technical proficiency in SAP applications-related work
• Must have at least 1 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, solid industry experience, and/or consulting experience
• Strong hands-on experience in and knowledge of core SAP FICO modules
• Strong knowledge of key integration points with SAP FICO and other SAP modules, including SD, MM, PP, PM, PS
• Must demonstrate ability to understand clients' business and objectives
• Must have a high-performing, "can-do" attitude: adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness; is results-oriented, a self-starter and a critical thinker
• Must be able to work in both an individual and a team environment
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance, and/or SAP Activate Methodology a big plus
