    Job Summary:

    You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of fintech initiatives, acting as both a Scrum Master for agile teams and a Project Manager for cross-functional, multi-stream programs. This role ensures predictable delivery, team effectiveness, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to regulatory and security standards common in financial services.

    Key Responsibilities

    Agile Delivery & Scrum Mastery

    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
    • Coach squads on Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models suited for fintech and platform teams.
    • Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality increments consistently.
    • Drive continuous improvement using delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, predictability).

    Project & Program Management

    • Plan and manage fintech and platform initiatives across multiple teams and vendors.
    • Own project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
    • Manage delivery across internal tech teams, OpCos, vendors, and partners.
    • Ensure alignment with OKRs, business outcomes, and regulatory commitments.

    Fintech & Payments Focus

    • Deliver projects involving:
    • Payment gateways, aggregators, and APIs – catering, B2C/C2B, B2B, B2G payments.
    • E-wallets, QR payments, and collections platforms
    • Merchant onboarding and enterprise integrations
    • Data platforms, reporting, and analytics
    • Ensure projects comply with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., BSP, PCI-DSS, AML).

    Stakeholder & Governance Management

    • Act as the primary delivery interface with business leaders, product owners, compliance, and operations.
    • Provide clear, transparent status reporting to leadership.
    • Support governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
    • Proactively manage scope, expectations, and change requests.

    Delivery Excellence & Process Improvement

    • Help define and evolve Multipay's delivery playbooks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
    • Promote best practices in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and release management.
    • Balance speed, quality, security, and compliance in delivery decisions.

    Required Qualifications

    • At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
    • Proven track record delivering fintech, payments, or financial services platforms.
    • Familiarity with regulatory and security standards (PCI-DSS, BSP, data privacy).
    • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, with experience in hybrid agile-waterfall environments.
    • Experience managing cross-functional, multi-team initiatives.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Experienced user of M365 tools particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and process mapping tools such as Miro, , and the likes.
    • Exposure or knowledge on use of Project/Task Management tools such as ClickUp or similar tools such as JIRA, , Asana, etc.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in fintech startups.
    • Certifications such as:
    • Certified/Professional ScrumMaster (CSM/PSM)
    • SAFe Scrum Master
    • PMP / PRINCE2
