We are hiring a patient-focused DME Specialist to support a growing sleep medicine operation. This role centers on CPAP compliance education, patient communication, and coordination of sleep-related services, while also supporting core administrative workflows.

This position is ideal for professionals who understand sleep therapy, compliance requirements, and DME operations, and who are comfortable balancing patient interaction with structured, detail-driven backend work.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Communication & CPAP Compliance

• Educate patients on CPAP usage, compliance standards, and therapy adherence
• Troubleshoot common CPAP concerns and reinforce treatment importance
• Conduct and document patient patient follow-ups related to compliance progress
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient interactions

DME & Sleep Operations Support

• Schedule sleep studies, sleep tests, and CPAP setup appointments
• Coordinate CPAP equipment delivery and resupply orders
• Assist with non-clinical patient counseling on next steps and equipment use
• Support administrative workflows tied to DME and sleep services

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a DME Specialist, Sleep Technician, or Respiratory Therapist
• Strong understanding of CPAP therapy and compliance requirements
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workflows in a remote setup

Preferred Background

• Experience in sleep medicine or DME operations
• Familiarity with EHR systems and DME workflows
• Hands-on experience coordinating sleep tests and CPAP setups

This is a full time role

Up to $6/hr

100% Remote
