    Job Summary:

    • This role is part of our Vendor Operations Team, which is a team within our Vendor Services department.
    • This role is responsible for developing working knowledge of the functions and processes related to obtaining vendor due diligence documentation, document processing, and ongoing monitoring of vendors to facilitate client compliance with regulatory requirements for service provider oversight.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain working knowledge of our software and other applications used in the documentation and delivery of vendor due diligence services.
    • Develop a general knowledge of privacy and risk management regulations applicable to financial institutions, including the appropriate due diligence documentation required to satisfy compliance requirements related to service provider due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
    • Develop working knowledge of document handling, processing, and uploading into client platforms.
    • Function as a team player, partnering with and supporting client managers and risk analysts in their individual roles. This includes a working knowledge of the responsibilities of both.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Excellent attention to detail, written, and oral communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Adobe, File Explorer, Microsoft Teams
    • Ability to work independently, multi-task within multiple systems, prioritize, and consistently meet deadlines
    • Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and incorporate constructive feedback from trainers
    • Ability to conduct independent research
    • Ability to proficiently work using multiple screens
    • Bachelor's degree in related area preferred
    • Administrative and/or customer service experience preferred
    • Previous experience using or other similar CRM software

    Work Schedule:

    • First 8 weeks: 9PM - 6AM Manila Time, After 8 weeks: 7PM - 4AM Manila Time

    • Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 20 MBPS)
