First Philippine Industrial Park is looking for a Leasing Officer who will be responsible for leasing commercial properties of FPIP/FPDMC such as office spaces, dormitories, retail, events places, etc. You will handle the entire documentation process of lease contracts from onboarding to renewal/termination of lease of all Commercial Properties Group (CPG) tenants. As leasing officer, you will coordinate with different departments in FPIP for facilities management and commercial properties and will work with the CPG team in generating and building new commercial properties in the future.

What you'll be doing:

Commercial Leasing

• Responsible for leasing commercial properties of FPIP/FPDMC in accordance to company targets;
• Leads marketing activities and efforts in promoting CPG properties;
• Leads in contract reviews and negotiations with clients;
• Aggressively network with and talk to new and existing clients and maintain a good and harmonious relationship with them;
• Booking of locator's tenants for the dormitory and events and functions for events place;
• In charge of leasing ancillary facilities of dorm and events place such as laundry facility, canteen, offices.

Document Management

• Prepares and files leasing documents, such as but not limited to, leasing requirements, reservation agreement, and contract and updates the same as necessary;
• Facilitates the approval of contracts for renewal;
• Prepares and updates marketing presentations to prospective tenants;
• Maintains and updates tenant database and leasing reports.

Market Research and Sensing

• Responsible for researching market comparables and come up with a recommendation to help the company get the best lease terms and conditions;
• Recommend effective marketing strategies and networking activities that would improve leasing activities for projects;
• Recommend new technologies that can be adopted in lieu of the FPIP's new vision of being a more regenerative entity.

Other Projects

• Performs other duties required by superiors from time to time.
• Provides support and conforms to IMS procedures
• Dedicates time and effort to ESH activities that may be assigned from time to time.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Administration or Commerce, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Hospitality Management in general
• At least (3) years of related work experience in sales and leasing; experience in the meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE) industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs and/or its equivalent e.g., Canva
• Experience in preparing legal documents, letters, proposals
• Experience in SAP, Salesforce, Kissflow, etc is an advantage.
