I'm looking for someone that may be able to tackle the day-to-day IT/Sys admin duties of our businesses while I continue to focus on the higher-level duties and management of our Cloud infrastructure, costs, projects etc.

As we are growing it's becoming more and more essential, we have someone dedicated as the face of our internal IT department to provide our basic end user support that our staff can rely on.

• End user support for our internal workstations, software troubleshooting, connectivity troubleshooting etc.
• Patching/maintenance of internal workstations.
• Software deployments internally.
• Password resets, provisioning user accounts.
• Office365 basic troubleshooting/administration - Teams, email forwarding, shared mailboxes, distribution lists etc.
• Scheduling critical Windows Updates and maintenance for our client facing servers.
• Assisting the Head of IT in streamlining our IT operations and assisting where required in project work and large-scale deployments

• Basic network fundamentals (WAN/LAN/DNS/Troubleshooting).
• Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Server 2016, 2019 etc) - Some linux knowledge would be good but in no way essential.
• Security awareness (Follows best practices for password security, password management, threat management).
• Remote Support (Knowledge of remote tools such as RDP, Teamviewer, GoToAssist etc).

• Problem Solver (Able to effectively troubleshoot issues thoroughly before escalation).
• Time Management - Be able to work to a deadline to achieve projects and be able to self manage their time.
• Documentation - Be willing to follow documentation where required and create/update documentation as required.
