- End user support for our internal workstations, software troubleshooting, connectivity troubleshooting etc.
- Patching/maintenance of internal workstations.
- Software deployments internally.
- Password resets, provisioning user accounts.
- Office365 basic troubleshooting/administration - Teams, email forwarding, shared mailboxes, distribution lists etc.
- Scheduling critical Windows Updates and maintenance for our client facing servers.
- Assisting the Head of IT in streamlining our IT operations and assisting where required in project work and large-scale deployments
- Basic network fundamentals (WAN/LAN/DNS/Troubleshooting).
- Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Server 2016, 2019 etc) - Some linux knowledge would be good but in no way essential.
- Security awareness (Follows best practices for password security, password management, threat management).
- Remote Support (Knowledge of remote tools such as RDP, Teamviewer, GoToAssist etc).
- Problem Solver (Able to effectively troubleshoot issues thoroughly before escalation).
- Time Management - Be able to work to a deadline to achieve projects and be able to self manage their time.
- Documentation - Be willing to follow documentation where required and create/update documentation as required.
