Job description
Summary:
The role serves as a dual-function lead responsible for the end-to-end HR lifecycle and office operations. Key focus areas include Philippine labor law compliance, compensation and benefits administration, and the management of a high-impact Rewards & Recognition program, all while ensuring operational efficiency in a hybrid work setting.
WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO:
A. Human Resources Administration
- Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires
Prepare employment contracts, personnel action forms, and employee movements
Maintain and update 201 files and HR information systems
Administer offboarding processes, clearance, and final pay documentation
- Employee Relations
Serve as primary contact for HR administrative concerns and policy inquiries
Implement disciplinary procedures and documentation in line with company policy and Philippine labor laws
Support management in handling employee cases, grievances, and investigations
Promote a professional, ethical, and high-performance workplace culture
- Performance & Records Management
Administer performance appraisal documentation and monitoring
Track probationary evaluations, confirmations, promotions, and lateral movements
Maintain records of training, certifications, and employee development activities
- Compensation & Benefits Administration
Manage timekeeping review and coordination with payroll
Process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
Administer leaves, HMO, and other company benefits
Prepare HR-related reports for finance and management
- HR Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, data privacy, and company policies
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and client requirements
Update and implement HR policies relevant to consulting operations (confidentiality, code of conduct, conflict of interest)
- Rewards & Recognition (R&R) Program Management
Lead execution of the Company's R&R Program
Align recognition with consulting performance and company values
Facilitate nomination and evaluation processes
Maintain database of awards and metrics
Organize recognition events and communications
Recommend program improvements based on engagement results
B. Administrative & Operations Support
- Office Administration
Supervise office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
Manage company permits, contracts, and corporate records
Oversee logistics for meetings, travel, and company activities
- Support to Operations
Maintain records related to hybrid work arrangements
Assist in policy implementation on timekeeping, utilization support, and employee movements
- Documentation & Reporting
Prepare HR analytics: headcount, attendance, attrition, employee movements
Maintain organized filing of administrative and personnel records
Support management reporting requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years experience in HR administration and office management, preferably in consulting or professional services, with minimum 2 years in supervising/managing people.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google and HR/payroll systems
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret people metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement, performance) to provide actionable insights.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using HRIS, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools to generate reports and recommendations for management.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35, Php55,000.00 per month
