- Research and identify new global market opportunities, distributors, and retail partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and category developments across regions.
- Build and maintain prospect lists for potential partners in target countries.
- Support the evaluation of new markets based on regulatory, commercial, and strategic fit.
- Assist in preparing market entry strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Support outreach to potential distributors, retailers, and partners globally.
- Help prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial materials.
- Coordinate follow-ups with international leads and maintain CRM data.
- Assist in onboarding new partners and supporting early-stage relationship building.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, international sales, market research, or a related field.
- Strong interest in global markets, FMCG, and international expansion.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Able to manage multiple projects and time zones effectively.
- You have experience researching and opening new international markets.
- You enjoy identifying opportunities and turning insights into concrete actions.
- You've worked with distributors, importers, or retail partners across different countries.
- You are curious about global consumer trends and emerging markets.
