Job summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator who will work with the Medical Benefits Team and be responsible for providing accurate policy clarification and guidance to Emirates Group employees and their families. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant nursing and allied medicine field, clinical medical experience is an advantage. Key responsibilities include managing emergency telephone approvals, responding to queries from members regarding the medical benefits policy, supporting members with updates related to status of claims, pre-approvals and appeals.Responsibilities
- Will work with the Medical Benefits Team and will be responsible for the provision of accurate policy clarification and guidance to Emirates Group employees and their families.
- Manage emergency telephone approvals and be responsible for confirming cover based on an individual's medical history
- Responds effectively to queries from members with regard to the medical benefits policy. Ensures accuracy of all communication whether verbal or in writing whilst maintaining agreed levels of service correct reference to policy
