- Graduate of Computer Science, Information Systems Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years in IT related support, preferably with minimum 3 years in IT Systems Development and Implementation. With IT Project Management experience or its equivalent
- Analyzes business requirements and then designs and develops application software to address them
- Handles systems analysis, design and preparation of technical and functional specifications for inhouse-developed software
- Participates in 3rd party software evaluation and testing
- Ensures that all programs/modules developed adhere to standard naming convention for system architecture and design, database analysis and design, system GUI and programming convention. Complies with the defined technical documentation and users' manual standards
- Prepares EXISTING vs PROPOSED information processes, data flow diagrams, databases, screens, reports, system interfaces, access controls and user procedures
- Performs coding and development, documentation, user acceptance testing, training, hand holding and support for new or modified systems
- Develops and codes programs and modules to meet business requirements from specific problem definition up to planning computer routines and outputs necessary to achieve an efficient, effective and secure operating program
- Performs and executes a comprehensive test on system data then coordinate with end-users for systems evaluation to achieve bug free program functionalities
- Administers the system rollout and implementation. Analyzes the entire operation for needed improvements and enhancements
- Maintains programs developed and provides support for software systems and end users;
- Create technical documentation and user's manual of the program/module in accordance with company documentation standards
- Arranges and conducts training and orientation for users about the newly developed/revised software application
- Develops and or teach seminars, workshops or classes to user's or other Programmer/Analyst on the technical aspects or use of computer hardware, software packages or application systems and other programming techniques and design
