- Ensures uniformity and accuracy within OPEX team while creating and maintaining the Manufacturing Book of Standards.
- Ensures on-time and accurate preparation and submission of Direct Labor Cost in the Annual Cost Movement (ACM).
- Ensures uniformity and accuracy of the creation of 4 Process Documents for New products specifically those with new processes.
- Leads Kaizen and FFG Meetings to ensure traction of identified improvement projects.
- Leads and coordinates plant wide trainings and certifications pertaining to Lean Six Sigma concepts and tools such as Yellow Belt and Green Belt Certification program, Value Stream Mapping and 8 Lean Wastes among others.
- Ensures reports such as Global Savings, Global, Regional and Local KPI Scorecards are updated and aligned to all stakeholders.
- Ensures that that all process controls are documented and standardized and create procedure bulletin and work instruction for standardization of OPEX activities and processes.
