A Customer Care Specialist is expected to:
Flexible and highly trainable
Knowledgeable about policies and guidelines of Health Insurance
Knowledgeable and trained for ICD10, HCPC and familiar with home medical equipment
Medical Chart Notes
Insurance Verification
Customer Service
What it takes to be part of our team:
Proficient and comfortable using email transmission, internet navigation, Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, office equipment including fax machine, copier, printer, and phone
Effective oral and written communication skills in English
Knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude
Exceptional at multitasking and time management
Self-motivated and organized
Ability to work efficiently both alone and as a team member
Be able to work on multiple tasks. Plan and prioritize actives to achieve results and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills, analytical and detail-oriented
Has an excellent writing skill
