- Processes high volume of vendor invoices
- Communicates with vendors/customers via email
- Prepares, and processes vendor payments two times a week
- Performs vendor account reconciliation upon request
- Follows up on account statements, vendor invoice discrepancies, and responds to vendor inquires
- Basic accounting knowledge to research, and resolve accounting issues or discrepancies
- Assist with ad-hoc duties
- Monitor and collect account receivables by contacting customers via email
- Maintain account receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, and miscellaneous differences are timely cleared
- Performs customer account reconciliation upon request
- Research customer account inquiries, and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Assist in special projects as needed
- Accounting degree
- Comfortable with processing high volume vendor invoices in an accounting system in a timely, and accurate manner
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Accounting system: Great Plains (GP) or any ERP system
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
