- Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger bill processing bank reconciliations Manage transactions record vendor bills owner statements tenant charges payments post journal entries accurately timely manner assist monthly year-end closing processes assigned properties maintain accurate financial records ledgers multiple residential properties prepare support financial reports income statements balance sheets owner reports coordinate with property managers vendors owners billing payments account concerns ensure compliance company policies accounting standards property management regulations maintain confidentiality integrity financial tenant data
