Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven Senior Content Strategist Supervisor to lead content performance analysis and campaign optimization. This role focuses on interpreting data to guide content strategies and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze content performance across multiple channels (website, social media, email, ads) using platforms like Google Analytics.
- Generate insights and reports on key marketing metrics (acquisition, retention, conversion, reach).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to provide strategic recommendations and optimize campaigns.
- Support forecasting and improve content strategies based on data trends.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align content performance with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and marketing campaign performance (fintech experience is a plus).
- Proficient in Power BI, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
