Job summary
The QA / QC Officer is responsible for establishing implementing monitoring and maintaining the quality management system food safety programs within the cold storage facility.This role ensures that all operational processes from receiving and storage to handling dispatch adhere to national international food safety standards e.g HACCP GMP client-specific quality specifications.
The QA/QC Officer is crucial for safeguarding product integrity minimizing risks preventing contamination upholding the facility's reputation for reliable cold chain services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology Food Science Microbiology Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Food Safety role preferably within the food industry cold storage warehousing or a manufacturing environment handling food products.
