We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Multimedia Strategist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video content and possess a strong understanding of video editing techniques, production processes, and industry trends. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to create compelling video content that aligns with our brand vision and engages our audience across multiple platforms.

Video Editing:

• Editing raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various purposes including marketing campaigns, social media content, tutorials, and internal communications.
• Incorporating visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the overall quality and impact of videos.
• Ensuring seamless transitions, audio synchronization, and consistent pacing throughout edited videos.
• Collaborating closely with content creators, directors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver videos that meet their expectations.
• Maintaining organized project files and adhere to established editing workflows and standards.
  
  

Video Production:

• Planning and coordinating video shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, equipment setup, and scheduling.
• Directing and guiding talent and crew members during filming to achieve desired shots and performances.
• Overseeing all aspects of production to ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize the filming process.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in video production technology and equipment and recommend investments or upgrades as needed.
  
  

Creative Development:

• Contributing innovative ideas and concepts for video content that resonate with our target audience and support our brand objectives.
• Collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams to develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
• Providing creative input during pre-production meetings and brainstorming sessions to refine ideas and enhance the overall quality of video projects.
  
  

Additional Output:

• Assisting team with graphic needs including social media banners, posters, and prints.
• Coordinating with vendors/suppliers, as necessary.
  
  

Your Success Profile includes:

• 2-3+ years of related experience
• Digital portfolio displaying work.
• Proven experience as a video editor and/or video producer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video projects.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premier, knowledge of Adobe After Effects and other relevant tools for post-production.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and audio production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
