THE INTRO

We're looking for a high-accuracy, high-ownership Parabroker who thrives in a fast-paced brokerage, can make smart credit decisions, and produces flawless work.

If you have real parabroking experience, can complete serviceability assessments, understand credit policy, and can own a file from onboarding → strategy → submission → settlement, then keep reading — this might be the best role you've ever had.

THE ROLE

Purpose & Outcomes

Your job isn't simple for most but is important:

Help the broker settle more loans with fewer mistakes, faster turnaround times, and elite-level execution.

You will be responsible for handling deals from onboarding to approval, providing strategic credit analysis, structuring deals based on handover notes, and ensuring submissions are clean, complete, and positioned for approval.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Onboarding

  • Review & identify incomplete client files
  • Follow up clients for missing documents
  • Download organise and rename documents
  • Complete document checklists
  • Transfer all necessary data into CRM
  • Call and email clients for outstanding items

2. Strategy Preparation

  • Full credit analysis
  • Deep policy research across lenders
  • Liaise strategically with BDMs & lender support to ensure clients circumstances are accepted
  • Identify approval pathways & deal solutions. Every possible flaw in the deal should be identified and a solution verified.
  • Document and organise outcomes clearly with speed.
  • Structure loans based on handover notes (LVR, splits, closing costs, client contributions, selecting correct loan types, deductibility vs non deductibility and much more).
  • Conduct detailed and accurate serviceability calculations (PAYG, Self-Employed, Pension etc.)
  • Review liabilities, living expenses, credit reports, bank statements & Illion data
  • Complete lender comparisons.
  • Complete a well organised handover detailing the results and clear path for approval.

3. Submission / Lodgement

  • Understand lender input nuances
  • Upload only correct & relevant documents
  • Drafting strong broker notes explaining all nuances of the deal and solutions for them.
  • Position the loan for approval only.
  • Send docs for e-signing & follow up clients
  • Maintain momentum to formal approval

4. MIRs (Missing Information Requests)

  • Action MIRs same day as they arrive.
  • Challenge incorrect MIRs using policy + evidence.
  • Ensure information provided aligns with the narrative of the application before sending.
  • Communicate required items to clients in a simple, non-overwhelming manner
  • Prepare forms & documents to minimise client effort

5. Settlement

  • Send formal approvals to client & solicitor
  • Coordinate insurance (certificate of currency)
  • Confirm settlement booking
  • Send final settlement letter/email to client

6. Workflow + Project Work

  • Update and improve workflows
  • Assist with monthly broker projects
  • Update spreadsheets (tracking, referral partners, contacts, continuous improvement)


ABOUT YOU

You MUST Have:

  • Strong parabroking experience
  • Strong ability to work with numbers
  • Ability to process and retain large amounts of information
  • Ability to complete serviceability assessments accurately
  • Strong credit analysis ability
  • Exceptional communication (written + verbal)
  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Resourcefulness — you find answers, not roadblocks
  • Speed + accuracy
  • Ability to produce clean, complete, well-reasoned deal files
  • High quality hardware to perform your role- computer/laptop with large screen, at least one additional screen, reliable high speed internet.

Ideal (Bonus Points):

  • 5+ years experience as a parabroker
  • Experience with Australian mortgage aggregation software MYCRM
  • Expert in using Quickly
  • Immediate availability

Compensation

  • AUD $1,700 – $2,000 per month (depending on skill level & experience)
  • Monthly bonuses based on volumes & $ settled

Work Hours

  • Australian Business Hours

    8:30am – 5:30pm AEST (Philippines: approx. 6:30am – 3:30pm)
  • Monday - Friday
