- Support the implementation and administration of compensation structures, salary frameworks, and pay policies.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and assist in market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
- Administer annual salary reviews, promotions, adjustments, and merit increase processes in coordination with HR and management.
- Assist in the development, review, and updating of compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
- Ensure proper documentation and accurate implementation of approved policies.
- Communicate compensation and benefits policies clearly to employees when necessary.
- Maintain and update HR systems related to compensation, benefits, and employee records.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on compensation costs, benefits utilization, headcount, and budgeting.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, government-mandated benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), leave programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, brokers, and service providers to ensure accurate and timely benefits processing.
- Assist in evaluating and improving benefits offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Validate compensation and benefits data for payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Maintain proper records and support audit requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and entitlements.
- Resolve compensation and benefits concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support HR initiatives such as job evaluation, grading reviews, total rewards programs, and system enhancements.
