Job summary
The Test Lead is responsible for designing developing and executing automated tests to ensure software solutions quality stability He/she will collaborate closely with developers business analysts other QA team members to support continuous integration agile delivery Duties include defining implementing automation test strategy configuring setting up Tosca UFT tools ensuring compatibility integrating systems automating functional regression smoke sanity test cases regularly updating scripts accommodating changes in CRM application business logic UI changes writing optimizing test scripts executing automated scripts verifying functionality of CRM application monitoring troubleshooting issues generating detailed reports communicating progress results defect status continuously assessing suggesting improvements for automation processes frameworks testing methodologies tracking reporting on automation coverage defect density metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree relevant to the job
- At least 3 years experience in test automation within Agile/Scrum environments
