Job Summary
Primary responsible for the tripping requests and updating of system data. He/she is also in charge of coordination of submission of official receipts/service invoice, validation of incentives, and compliance of requirements for BIR.
Duties and Responsibilities
SALES SUPPORT
·
Proper coordination of ISG's
submission of official receipt/service invoice (monthly), BIR 2307 (quarterly)
and Sworn Declaration (annual).
·
Validation of sellers'
incentives based on the promo mechanics.
·
Verification of released
incentives for buyers' TOR, TOP, and refund requests.
·
Responsible for bank
account tagging to ensure timely release of commissions.
·
Addressing concerns
related to system data update.
·
Prepares RFP for Globe and
Smart Billing and submit it to the Corporate Admin and Project Finance for
payment process.
·
Prepare minutes and
coordinate the concerns raised during the meeting.
·
Gather and analyze data to
prepare accurate reports
·
Facilitate requests of ISG
and other functions to be assigned from time to time.
SITE TRIPPING MANAGEMENT
·
Facilitates all after-sales tripping requests to
assist buyer & their representative in viewing the property.
·
Provide tripping calendar schedule daily and
tripping reports every end of the month for evaluation and success rate of
tripping.
Technical Competencies and Skills
- Good oral and written communication skills,
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365, PBI processing, presentation software,
- Attention to detail,
- Good interpersonal skills,
- Advance problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
• Bachelor's degree holder
