Job summary
Auditor QA QC would ensure the consistent production quality enough order quantity and on time delivery through various inspection activities following SOP to perform the inspections timely risk assessment of products with during PPM and line review with factory people follow up the production status and T A WIP on regular basis monitor factory s production plan to fix the inspection schedule collaboration and timely communication with all related parties on any quality issue and work out the solution with factory as well as following up action issue the inspection report timely as well as quality issue escalation follow up CAP implementation and outcome provide regular training to vendorfactory people make sure their understanding customer requirement quality standard as well as their quality consciousness enhancement continuously push factory improve product quality achieve requirement update new requirement factory timely case study sharing monitor factories daily operation include compliance issues monitor running factories internal control system sharp tool control needle detection process.
