Job summary
The Labor Relations Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all labor relations across the organization.- Lead all labor relations activities including engagement with unions handling collective bargaining agreements negotiations and dispute resolution.
- Represent the company in labor hearings conciliations mediations and proceedings before government agencies.
