Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform cashiering duties and provide administrative support to the Finance team
- Prepare and issue official receipts and invoices
- Monitor and record cash, check, and online collections
- Prepare daily sales and collection reports
- Process load requests for sales agents
- Monitor load balances of sub-unit retailer agents
- Review and verify liquidation reports submitted by installers and drivers
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist in other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any business-related course
- At least 1 year of experience in cashiering and customer service
- Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
