- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned ESF house accounts (e.g., ESF Nursing), managing relationships and ensuring consistent engagement.
- Handle low-revenue accounts (under $1,000), monitor growth opportunities, and flag accounts for potential transition.
- Conduct customer outreach via phone or Zoom to assess needs, generate interest, and qualify leads.
- Escalate digital product interest to partner Sales Executives and set appointments when appropriate.
- Respond to customer inquiries, including desk copy requests, support issues, and general questions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including account activity and lead status.
- Assist with non-selling tasks such as tracking custom packages and supporting administrative processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., ESF Nursing) to align strategy and territory planning on account.
- Participate in territory reviews and contribute to pipeline development and lead generation efforts.
- Support year-over-year sales growth through strategic outreach and relationship building.
- Perform other sales-related duties as assigned to support team and business objectives.
