    What You'll Do

    Connect with potential customers through outbound prospecting and outreach.

    Qualify leads based on BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).

    Engage and build trust with prospects while identifying the best solutions for their needs.

    Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.

    Master product knowledge to effectively communicate value and benefits.

    Overcome objections and address roadblocks to help customers succeed.

    Manage a high volume of contacts via phone and email.

    Collaborate with your team to create a seamless customer experience.

    Keep our CRM updated with accurate and timely data.

    What We're Looking For

    at least 1 year of BPO Outbound Sales experience

    Proven success in achieving personal and team sales goals.

    High-volume calling experience—you thrive in fast-paced environments

    Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

    Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools.

    Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM.

    Prior knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

    Self-motivated and eager to succeed in a sales-driven role.

    PHP 32,500 basic pay
