Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is a leadership role, responsible in ensuring that all Production Plant Machineries and Equipment perform at the high level of efficiency. Supports and assists all production line personnel for autonomous maintenance. Coordinates in the implementation of plant Total Productive Maintenance program. We're looking for self-motivated individuals with a keen sense of leadership, able to problem-solve on their own and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Technicians/Operators to provide speedy maintenance support to production equipment;
• Strong technical aptitude and able to implement machine upgrade or modification, use of alternate parts when original parts become obsolete, analyzing machine failure and recommending corrective actions and predictive work such as early bearing failure or board component;
• To plan, develop, and implement an effective Preventive Maintenance program for machine tools, and equipment;
• To identify maintenance spares requiring inventory, establish re-order levels and quantity, placing re-orders, recommend dead or obsolete stocks to be purged.
  
  

This Job Might Be For You If You

• Mechanical Engineer
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in repair and maintenance on all machines and equipments and be able to perform design works and fabrication implementation;
• Actual exposure on electrical control, ref and aircon repair and maintenance, an advantage;
• Knowledge of machine tools re-build, installation and commissioning will be an added advantage;
• Exposure in a Food Manufacturing company.
• Project management skills;
• Must be flexible, dynamic and result-oriented and willing to work on shifts;
• Applicants must be willing to work in Mabalacat Pampanga.
