We're seeking a Manager of Data Engineering to lead our team in developing and maintaining our Enterprise Data Platform and data pipelines. The role involves collaborating with various teams to drive insights and ensure data quality, speed, and cost optimization. The job location is in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines with a night shift work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:

• Led and mentored a team of data engineers to deliver high-quality projects using Cloud Technologies, with a focus on Azure.
• Recruit and onboard talented data engineers to support team growth.
• Drive the design and implementation of modern cloud data architectures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, Data, and DevOps teams to deliver projects on time.
• Ensure high data quality standards and optimize performance within the AWS cloud data platform.
• Communicate project statuses and decisions effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of data engineering management experience.
• Expertise in Cloud Platforms, Modern Data Architecture, and Data Engineering.
• Successful track record in building and deploying data platforms on Azure.
• Proven ability to hire and recruit tech talent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, etc.

Salary range: PHP 150, PHP 180,000.00 per month
