    We are seeking a digitally savvy, bright, enthusiastic, and most importantly, experienced Partner Marketing Specialist for the Philippines to develop and execute our Partner marketing and creative campaigns. This is an exciting multi-functional marketing role for a team player with a solid understanding of the streamers / influencers and esports ecosystem.

    The nitty-gritty:

    As the PH Partner Marketing Specialist, you'll manage the sourcing, content creation, planning, execution, and performance tracking of successful Partner campaigns. Ultimately, you should be able to raise Rivalry's brand visibility and Partners' audience engagement across many social platforms as well as report on the impact of your efforts.

    You'll have prior experience in social media and influencer marketing, as well as the ability to multitask and manage your own projects.

    Please note that it is important for the successful candidate to be flexible with their time. This role is heavily aligned with the schedule of esports events, and as such, will require work to be done on evenings and weekends occasionally during high esports seasons.

    In this role, you will be expected to:

    • Work with the PH team to create, plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions and activations for Rivalry Partners to achieve commercial success
    • Develop and implement comprehensive Partner marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement among the Partners' followers and the gaming community/Rivalry Tribe
    • Coordinate with the Marketing Campaigns Specialist all Partner marketing activities, as well as the production of online and offline activations, ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget implementation
    • Develop content strategy and curate content ideas suitable for Partners and their brand, to amplify Partners' social campaigns and follower growth for Rivalry's channels and Tribe
    • Provide Partners content strategy and direction on a weekly basis to reach Rivalry's commercial goals
    • Identify, recruit, and build relationships with talents / individuals who meet Rivalry's criteria for representation
    • Assist in creating proposals, setting up and managing deals as well as the overall maintenance of Partner relationships
    • Oversee Partners' day-to-day activities including content strategies and performance and regularly report to the Country Manager
    • Support Partners with collaborative live streaming production, design, and creative media, and viewer engagement campaigns
    • Manage / script / support responses to Partners' social media channel inquiries, DMs, and comments to maintain and optimize engagement
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to make sure that all the requirements are met with the purpose of completing the projects involving Partners.
    • Develop training and product information decks and present sessions for Partner onboarding
    • Conduct regular deliverables audit, organize the documentation and performance tracking spreadsheets that illustrate where efforts are tracking against KPIs and budgets
    • Monitor, analyze, and report Partners' social media insights to regularly evaluate and optimize content strategy
    • Keep abreast of emerging esports and social media trends, technologies and rising influencers and competitor activities through research

    Your stats:

    • Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer/Partner marketing and have previously worked as a Partner or Key Account Manager, or in a role related to Business Development and Project Coordination
    • Minimum of 2 years experience working in esports and has a deep understanding of esports marketing and follower acquisition
    • Possess an intimate knowledge of the esports circuit and its ecosystem
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Media/Communications or related field
    • Outstanding project management skills with high attention to detail
    • Super organized - effectively manage multiple campaigns, ensuring they're delivered on time, to a high standard
    • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing and understanding of social media usage habits of key markets in Southeast Asia
    • Excellent networking, interpersonal and relationship building, and management skills
    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, negotiate, and present effectively to Rivalry Partners and potential influencers, streamers, etc.
    • Sportsbook, PR, or Events agency experience is a plus
    • Basic skills in graphic design or video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Ai, Premiere)
    • High sense of accountability and ownership
    • Proactive, can-do attitude
    • Experience in working remotely; driven, a self-starter
    • Able to commit fully to Rivalry; no side projects or other clients
    • Flexible schedule to allow coordination and communication with colleagues in GMT+8 up to GMT-0 time zones.
    • English and Tagalog fluency
